I've had a Dashboard widget that could answer that for you, but it's only ever worked on the Mac. Now, after years of procrastinating, I've finally finished the next logical step: a Warp Speed Calculator web app!
(I'm still not completely happy with the layout, but it's fully functional. I'll probably tweak it in a few weeks. ...Or knowing me, in a few years.)
